For sale is one set of ten new Nalgene® Oak Ridge centrifuge round bottom tubes 16 mL. These polypropylene copolymer tubes come with Nalgene sealing caps each with a PP screw closure and a silicone gasket. Dimensions 17.9 x 106.6mm. According to the manufacturer, these tubes are autoclavable; translucent; must be filled to at least 80% of the total capacity for proper performance. Can be used up to 50 000 x g in refrigerated or non-refrigerated centrifuges with sealing cap closure option. This item includes Nalgene® sealing cap assembly to assure leakproof service at speeds greater than 10 000 x g or when spinning hazardous materials. Lists for $140.
