Nearly 100% of the PLC and control items I'm selling were purchased for a contract with an aircraft manufacturer that was later cancelled mid-project. There will be a $5 service charge on top of their fees, as I have to drive 20 miles round trip to drop off at those locations. RETURNS Before returning any item for any reason, you must contact me through eBay messages for a return authorization number. If you do not contact me, I will reject your delivery and your package will be returned back to you. Returns requests for defective items must be received within 48 hours of receipt of item. All other requests must be received within 14 days of receipt, and you must also send me return tracking information within 14 days of receipt of item. No returns will be processed outside of these dates. Defective or nonworking items You must notify me within 48 hours of receipt of item that it is damaged. If you wait longer than that, your return will fall under terms for "Returns for any other reason." I test everything I can prior to shipping. If your item arrives in non-working condition, I will refund or replace, at my discretion, the item upon receiving the defective item from you. As my husband has 20 years of experience with PLC equipment, I reserve the right to make the final decision on whether the item is defective or not. If it is determined to be defective, I will reimburse you for the original cost of the item plus shipping or I will ship out a replacement at no cost. If I determine the item is not defective, I will give you the choice to return it subject to a 20% re-stocking fee (I will not reimburse your return shipping) or I will return it to you at your postage expense. Returns for any other reason I offer some of the lowest prices on eBay because I just want this stuff out of my office. Because of that, and because returns are a costly and time-consuming process, I charge a 20% restocking fee for all returns. No exceptions. You pay return shipping also. Once I inspect the item and determine it to be in the same condition it was sent out in (Sealed packages must still be sealed. New items must be in new condition. Used items must be in the same condition they were sent in) I will process your refund minus shipping fees and minus a 20% restocking fee. For example: You purchase a $100 PLC card and pay $8.95 shipping. It arrives and you realize you ordered the wrong part number. 1.Contact me for a return authorization number. 2. Print the number on a large piece of paper and enclose it in your package. 3. At your own expense, purchase return shipping. (The item is YOUR responsibility until it arrives at my home, so I STRONGLY suggest purchasing tracking and insurance if the item is of significant value. If it does not arrive, or if it is damaged in transit back, I can't issue a refund.) 4. I will inspect the item within 48 hours of receipt. If it is in the same condition it was sent in, I will issue a refund. If it is not, I will contact you and either make arrangements to ship it back to you at your expense or I will negotiate a reduced refund amount, at my discretion. In the above example, you paid $108.95 total, and you paid shipping to return the item to me. Your refund would be $80. ($100 purchase price minus 20% ($20) restocking fee)
