NEW Non-Conductive Electrical Power Distro / Portable Power / Temporary Power - The 'SamBox" This listing is for a NEW "Sambox" with ALL HUBBELL DEVICES. This unit is made in the USA The ALL NEW 'Sambox" is a Non-Conductive Electrical Power Distribution Assembly / Distro (Patent Pending). The "Sambox" is a Hybrid Distro that combines all of the benefits of Kydex® and Extruded Aluminum. Kydex® meets all UL VO94 ratings, is very durable and high impact resistant - used in tactical holsters, airplane interiors, buses and subways just to name a few applications of the material! Extruded Aluminum need we say any more. The top and base are fastened with twenty-four screws, the walls are fastened via six screws (three on each side) with nylon locknuts. This distro uses all Hubbell devices and one hundred percent rated hydraulic breakers, four bottom rubber feet, individual distribution blocks (no large ring crimped terminals) and a snapback carry handle. All devices are recessed behind the Vertical and Horizontal line to prevent accidental damage during transportation. The "Sambox" is built to a UL1640 standard and can be designed to any configuration allowed by UL1640. Note: Input Devices such as Pin and Sleeve and Tailed Inlets will break the Vertical - Horizontal line.
