This auction is for one New NSK MCM05030H10K Monocarrier Ballscrew Driven Linear Actuator with cover and Home + Limit Sensors. This features: 50mm wide Rail Width based on the ordering number but, it is actually 48.6 mm 300 mm Nominal Stroke, 331 mm Stoke Limit (This unit is equipped with K1 Lubrication Units) 10 mm Ball Screw Lead 40 mm Carriage Height 6mm round smooth shaft x 10 mm long. Single Slider/Carriage This came wrapped up in a lot of new spare parts that have been in climate controlled storage since 2004. It was part of a brand new custom automation clean room Sub-Assly. It includes the factory top cover which has some small cosmetic paint marks on the sides as shown. They seem to be equally spaced, so perhaps the automation company made them to determine the spacing for something. It was mounted via the factory tapped holes on the side and nothing was mounted to the carriage. Consequently, other than the paint marks on the cover everything is spotless inside/out (Shaft, Mounting face, Ballscrew, Carriage and Bottom mounting surface-No bolts ever installed to mount it). All the factory paint marks on the bolts are in-tact. This unit also includes a Home and two Limit Switches that are low-profile. They are professionally mounted and wired to 3 position female inline connectors. The carriage appears to have a magnetic strip attached to it to actuate them. This does NOT have the current factory continuous sensor rail, so I don’t know if the brackets are custom or are an older factory style. They measure 90 mm long, so they have a lot of adjustment. They look like they are factory made and the sensors are mounted via the same factory screws on the cover. The Limit sensors are marked UT6332-001 and the Home sensor is marked UT6232-000. I don’t know if this has High Grade or Precision Accuracy, so I am calling it the lower grade, just to be safe. However, since it was for a clean room they typically need all the accuracy they can get. This will be shipped Fedex Ground which includes tracking & $100 of insurance.
