RETURNS AND EXCHANGES Returns and exchanges are rare because all items that are shipped to our customers are in flawless condition and are neatly packaged. If you need to return or exchange items you have 14 days after receiving them to do so. Notify us so we can provide you with the correct address where the items should ship to and a requested returns and exchanges slip. The buyer pays the return shipping. Items must be in the condition that they arrived in and in there original packaging. Tracking must be purchased with all returns/exchanges and posted to our Ebay account. Regarding returns, once the items are received you will be credited minus Paypal transaction fees, cost to ship the original package to you and a 20% restocking fee. For exchanges you will receive the new items once the original items are received by us and the cost for the shipping of the new items is paid. If a return is due to the fault of New-Age Safety, we will waive the restocking fee and pay for the return shipping of the returning items. You will also be credited the full amount of your original payment. If an exchange is due to the fault of New-Age Safety we will pay for the return shipping of the old items to us and the shipping of the new items to you.
