Once the weight of a package goes above 4lbs I have no other option but to send it priority. I normally will offer both services for items under 4lbs. But if your item is expensive , It is much better you pay priority shipping and receive an item quickly with insurance... than it go first class and take alot longer to get to you. GRADING OF CD's and RECORDS What do the GRADINGS MEAN? NEW - Unopened and brand new, sealed. Like NEW - Used but no obvious signs of use. ( May be very light Scratching but not noticeable ) Very GOOD PLUS - USED, Some Light Scratching to either the case or CD/Record. Plays Well. Light scratching to the case Very GOOD - USED Light Scratching to both the Case and CD/Record. Slightly Heavier than Above. GOOD PLUS. Light and medium scratching. CD still plays Well . GOOD. Heavy use. Medium to heavy scratching. CD/Record still Plays well , or if this is in grading is in regard to the case then there may be cracks in the case Fair - The CD?Record plays, sometimes skips. Heavy scratching to the disc. In regards to the case then the case is just holding itself together. Poor. CD/Record does not play. In regards to the case then this grading means the case or sleeve may be torn, cracked and in generally poor condition. Return policy details If it is not in the pictures please do not assume something is included when it is not.
