NEW OUR NO. 4 ZHERMACK DOUBLEMIX MIXER F/AUTO MIXING DUPLICATION A-SILICONES This is a new, unused Zhermack Doublemix Mixer for counter-top automatic mixing of liquid silicones (A-Silicone) used fro duplicating models in the dental lab. The unit is product number C309021, serial number 20090020, rated 80 watts, 115 volts AC single phase, 50/60 hertz. The unit comes with a 59 inches long AC power cord for standard USA 3-prong plug in. The unit envelope is 11 inches in height by 13 inches in width by 20 inches in depth. This unit is structurally specifically for using 1 kg size bottles (by you) for the silicone components to be mixed. The original manual and quick start guide 2-sided color-illustrated sheet comes with this unit. The unit has a dosing pump integral in it that provides a 1:1 ratio of mixing. You must provide the bottles of silicone components (1 kg size each), two of them, one called the base and the other the catalyst. The bottles must have the adapters on their tops that match the unit's connecting fittings, different for the base connection than for the catalyst connection. On the catalyst bottle it must be a female rapid connect coupling, and on the base bottle it must be a male rapid connect coupling. You must get these adapters for the bottles. This unit does not have the collecting bottle support for the dispensing side of the unit. The dispensing side of the unit has the nozzle at the top that dispenses the mixed product. The tips you must provide for the nozzle. Also you must provide the vent filters which are just bayonet-type fittings to perforate the bottles. The unit's dosing pump is specifically designed to be drip-free, bubble-free dispensing of product. This feature insures repeated duplications unlike manual mixing machines. Zhermack's own elite double extra material, not provided here typically allows 6-1/2 minute model duplications per the manufacturer.
