Today I am offering a new Parker 3-2829 pipe bender without a box or manual. Please look closely at the photos to help determine the condition for yourself, use the enlarge and zoom features to help. I do not charge a handeling fee. The shipping charge is the actual postage or UPS fee. Like all of my auctions there is no reserve (which I find annoying) and I set the starting price low.
