Most of our listed items show low quantities of 5 or 10 units, however, we may actually have 100's of that item available for purchase. We only list low quantities to comply with eBay's guidelines. Contact us: Returns & Refunds We will gladly cover the shipping costs for any defective or items shipped in error. These items must be returned within 14 days of date received for full credit or replacement. Defective merchandise may only be exchanged for an identical item. If an identical item is unavailable, we reserve the right to substitute an item of equal or greater value at our discretion. You must inspect your package immediately upon receipt and notify us for any shortages (did not receive all the items listed on the packing slip that show as shipped), damages or defects. If you order has not been shipped yet, you may cancel your purchase for a full refund. To cancel an order, please call our customer service department immediately. Once an item or an order has been shipped it cannot be canceled as we do not control the shipping carriers. You will have to process a general return which will incur restocking fees, additional return shipping charges plus the original shipping charges can also not be refunded.
