This slide has 10 Inches of Stroke, the 2 guide pins measures 5/8 " diameter and piston measures 5/8". Four bushings allow two hardened precision ground shafts to move smoothly while supporting the tool plate and attached loads, providing rugged precise linear motion. Benefits TC bushings are supplied with internal lubrication for maximum life. Shaft seals are provided on units with linear ball bushings to protect them from external contamination. Linear ball bushings provide optimum tool plate accuracy. Anodized aluminum alloy tool plates have combination tapped and counterbored holes and a precisely machined mounting surface, permitting easy attachment of fixturing.
