New Pitney Bowes Print Head & Gasket Kit  DM100™i / DM200™L / DM225™ DM300™c / DM400™ Series Machines.  Kit Comes With 1 - New Genuine Pitney Bowes Print Head 1 - Purge Unit Rubber Gasket ( Underneath the Printhead rubber gasket ) 1- Filter Sheet ( Sits inside the rubber gasket which are underneath the Printhead once moved forward ) Once the Gasket and Filter are replaced with a new print head a few purges may be needed to get the ink flowing through the new print head.    Ever have printing issues when you needed the machine the most. Don't get stuck without a machine again. These are new print heads with caps or plastic guards on them still. They will come in original packaging. After installing the print head a few purges may be necessary to get the ink flowing through the new print head.  All printheads are shipped with a non drying ink run through them to keep all the parts wet with ink to keep from drying during shipping. The item is not used and is new.  The most common problem with these print heads is the ink drying on the print head and in turn blocking the printing area. By removing the ink tank first from the machine then pressing the two grey tabs together the old print head will click open and you can pull it out. Then simple insert the new print head into the same tracks and gently push till the grey tabs click into position. Waaaa laaaa your done!!!!! Purge your new print head and do a few test prints before you try and postage prints to be sure not to waste money.  Any questions feel free to ask. I have a few back ups that were not used.
