The tongue and grooved panels are insulated with 6 lbs Density insulation. Wall panels will be skinned with 20 gauge aluminized sheet steel. All interior ducts will be made of 18 gauge aluminized sheet steel. The oven will have adjustable louvered vents down both side walls for circulation of heated air and the ability to balance the air movement. Cold air return duct is along one side to create a crossflow effect . The oven will have double doors on one end and each door will be 4’x8’.Doors will be made with one side latched tight and other will be equipped with a safety latch. The interior structural steel will be painted with high temp aluminum paint. To match the rest of the interior Exterior is aluminized with black face Build time: 4- 8 weeks.
