They were mounted via the outside of the Circular front housing using a single setscrew in the hole at the bottom of the housing. They do NOT include the bottom factory mount (It was removed before being mounted in the custom sub-assembly). The factory warranty sticker is unbroken and these are spotless. Each one includes a copy of the factory specification sheet, the factory Camera Setup Procedure and the Warranty/Repair Card.
