Return Policy If you see the 30 days DOA Warranty logo in the auction page You Can Contact For Return Authorization (RMA) if the item is defective 1) If you see 30 Days DOA Warranty logo in the auction page: If the used item that you have received is defective, you should contact us within 5 days after delivery of the merchandise and report the problem to us to get an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. A close-up picture and a detailed report of the problem will be required for issuing an RMA number in some cases. The RMA number will be valid for 10 days only and the merchandise must be returned within the 30 days warranty period. We will replace the defective item for you if a replacement is available. We carefully inspect returned items upon receipt before issuing refunds, credits, or exchanges and compare them with recorded serial numbers. Merchandise should be carefully packed and shipped via traceable means. Absolutely no walk-in return/replacement service will be accepted. Buyer is responsible for all return shipping charges unless there is a mistake from our side. If the merchandise is not received while we have provided a tracking number, please contact us to file a claim with the carrier. 3) Cancellation & Wrong Bids: If you change your mind for any reasons like wrong bids, emergency cases, incompatibility etc., you will be required to pay a 15% restocking fee to cover the costs of listing, labor and devaluation of the item.
