We purchased 7500 sets of parts (directly from VIA) to fill this customers long term contract over a period of years. That contract terminated earlier this year and we have stock left over that we are offering for sale here on EBAY and thru other chip brokerages. These materials have been stored at our Taiwan Factory to support the customers ongoing production schedule and with the end of the program have been shipped here to our USA offices for final bulk or individual sale to support industry support needs. Each chip has been individually screened and tested on the factory QA dept ATE test system and has been certified for production use, each chip has the test technician's mark to verify the testing and the bus speed it was certified at before repackaging and put in escrow stock for the customers contract production. The S3 Twister-T Video solution is built into the VIA VT8606 Northbridge Chip which supports a wide range of Socket-370 Pentium & Celeron class or Intel Mobile Pentium and Celeron class processors. We warrant that these chips are NEW, UNUSED, CERTIFIED FOR PRODUCTION OEM STOCK. We sell them as a 100% guaranteed item.
