San Jamar RCU128 Rapi- Kool is a brand new product that is still in the box. The product is made from durable polyonate which is dishwasher safe, making it the best material to stand up to freezing-heating cycles. To fill the Rapi-Kool Plus, you simply fill it with water, screw on the top and freeze. The product has a separate handle cap that guarantees ice expansion area, eliminating the stress caused by overfilling. It helps to rapidly lower food through the temperature danger zone 135 degree Celsius to 70 degree Celsius in 2 hours, and then to 41 degree Celsius within 4 hours. The product is patented and NSF Listed. We stock and sell a large amount of second-hand equipment.
