Our items ship UPS wherever possible and via LTL Freight for larger items, and we will update you with tracking as it is made available to us via the freight carrier. Delivery Appointments - When purchasing your item, please make sure to provide us with a telephone number and email for the freight company to contact you at to set up a delivery appointment. The freight company will give you a date and general time frame for delivery, but if you are not around for the delivery, the freight company may charge you a re-delivery fee, so please make sure to keep to the appointment time you set up with the freight company. Lift-Gate, Inside Delivery, and Residential Delivery - All deliveries are set up as standard delivery and do NOT include lift-gate charges, inside delivery charges, and/or residential delivery charges.
