(23) 3" diameter rings that will beautifully display scarves, headbands or handkerchiefs. Each ring can accommodate more than one scarf. This rack would also be a great way to display throws in a store! Features: 72"h x 26" diam, 23 rings that are 3" in diameter. Each ring can accommodate one thick scarf or multiple thinner scarfs. Ships over sized Fedex- additional freight due to size but, freight charge shown is the actual cost you would pay, nothing additional. Assembly require but, it isn't difficult and instructions are included. Because this must ship ground and is considered over sized freight - we can't ship this to international locations or to HI, AK or PR.
