This is a model 48207. The original owner told me it was a gift that was never used. The tape on the ends looked like it was normal scotch tape so I cut the tape to inspect the item. The condition is mint and the power cord was still factory twisty tied and the directions were inside but nothing else. I went ahead and tested this out on both Auto and Grip options and both worked perfect.
