If the item returned is found to have been abused, misused, or damaged, physically or electrically, or not otherwise in the same condition as it was when originally shipped to the Buyer, a full refund will not be issued but an accommodation or partial refund may be made on a case by case basis depending on the circumstances. Shipping: Shipping is either by UPS ground or USPS as indicated or at the seller's discretion.
