Thanks for looking. This tool is made in the USA by Gartman Machine Shop. You can find other items in my eBay Store. The torch is not included.Here is a NEW small hole cutting attachment designed to cut holes in close places. It can turn in a space as small as 4 1/4" and cut holes 1 1/2" up to 4 1/2" When you need to cut a lot of holes with a Victor 1350 cutting torch, this handy attachment will save you a lot of setup time.No need to use the old way of a nut that fits the cutting tip. This tool uses a ball bearing that lets you turn the torch with no drag. The bearing is shielded in a steel housing. To install this tool, remove the tip nut and screw on the attachment. Nothing to fall off.  It will ship USPS Priority Mail. A Pay Pal account is required.
