Huge 19-1/2" work top surface allows quick and efficient preparation of pizzas. Holds fifteen 1/3 size, 6" deep pans (pans are included). This pizza prep was ordered with the upgrade of 4 worktop wire rod garnish racks which will allow ingredients to fall through and be caught on the prep top surface for reuse instead of falling on the floor and being wasted (see pictures below). There are no cutting boards included with this prep table as it was ordered with the garnish racks.
