ITEM DESCRIPTION: This listing is for a New Tullamore Dew Irish Whiskey Green Extra Long Rubber Bar Spill Mat - 23.25"X3.25"X.5" CONDITION: This mat is brand new and never used however I have had it in storage for awhile. I have washed and sanitized it for you and it is ready to be shipped. SHIPPING: Lastly, I may have to ship it folded over since shipping prices go way up for items longer then 12". If this is the case, it may need to lay flat over-night to straighten out...I'm not sure if it will need to have this done because it is a heavy rubber but I figured I would just let you know just incase:) Please let me know if you have a problem with this and I will be happy to find a long but flat box for it and ship it flat...If the shipping price is within budget. However, I understand if you didn't notice right away or just need a little more time to pay ... so I'm happy to wait a couples days longer. This only goes for auction listings!!! I expect Buy-It-Now buyers to pay once they commit to the transaction. As far as auction style listings go...If longer then a couple days goes by, I will send a friendly invoice email requesting payment. Then, if more then a week goes by, I will send a 2nd notification. After 24 hours and still no communication, I will open a claim in the resolution center. You will have 4 days to complete the transaction and pay...after that I will have to close the case and you will automatically receive a strike against you on your account. I mainly do this so I can get my fees refunded back to me. eBay takes a good percent of the entire total so this is not fare for me to pay when you don't pay so please understand my actions!! However, I am very understanding so as long as there is communication we can work something out that makes both of us happy:) SHIPPING: I either use flat rate boxes/envelopes, standard parcel post, 1st class shipping, or media mail (whatever is cheapest for you and goes best with the item:). Please Note: sometimes I forget to specify the correct shipping method in the listing so please be understanding. However, I usually notify you with the shipping preference immediately after shipment so please let me know immediately before payment if you are in a rush to receive the item and we can discuss it further. I aways use the U.S. Postal Service however, very rarely and usually with heavy items I may use UPS. Packages usually take an average of 2-9 business days depending on the shipping preference I use. For certain items like CDs, I do not purchase tracking and just use stamps, to help us save a little on shipping:) If this will be done, I usually add this info in the item's description section. Please notify me before payment if you would like to add tracking and I will send an invoice with the adjusted total price. Please allow 2 days of handling. I go to the post office an average of 3-4 times a week and your item may fall on a weekend schedule so please keep that in mind. I usually visit the Post office Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and sometimes on Saturday all around 4pm. Also, when it's possible I will visit the post office on Tuesday & Thursday. If you would like a different shipping preference or are in a rush please let me know and I will be happy to help:) Shipping cost is calculated by weight and distance using standard us postal services prices. In addition to the shipping cost, $1.05 will be added for tracking confirmation (if it is not already included). Lastly $.75-$1.00 will be added to help contribute towards all packing materials that I use, labels, printing ink, boxes, etc. COMBINED SHIPPING: I do accept combined shipments to help you save money on shipping costs:) I will issue an invoice or provide a refund when you are done bidding &/or buying with all the items you are interested in. So please email me to let me know if you are interested in combined shipping because I may not notice on my own, especially if they are days or weeks apart. I DO accept returns for CDs or DVDs that don't play or skip within 2 weeks after I state it was shipped out...I give this extra time since there is no delivery confirmation or tracking info. However PLEASE NOTE: I always review all CDs and DVDs right before shipment. So all should be fine. However, I have noticed through experience that all CD and DVD players are different and some are more sensitive then others so please understand that an issue may surprisingly happen, especially if you have an older model!! Once we agree on the return and once I receive the item back in the mail, I will issue the refund we discussed!! I will NOT issue a refund before I receive the item...This is eBay policy!!!
