Varn PEARLdry Plate Cleaner Approved for Presstek Digital Waterless Plates Varn has worked closely with Presstek to formulate this product for superior performance on their direct imaging (DI) presses, and with all off-press CTP devices imaging Presstek PEARLdry™ plate material. It is specially designed to remove all residues which may remain from the imaging process. Use PEARLdry Plate Cleaner to ensure clean, quick start-up. Use during the press run as required. Advantages For manual cleaning of all PEARLdry™ plates Use "as is" for clean start-up. No dilution needed. Works with waterless inks on PEARLdry™ plates Specifications Flash Point (TCC): 59°F (15°C) VOC (lbs/gal): 6.6 VOC (g/l): 638 Vapor Pressure: 28.2 (mmHg@20°C) Directions Use full strength. Saturate a clean, lint-free cotton wipe and apply to plate "as is" (undiluted). Wipe on plate until plate is clean. Use a second application if necessary. NOTE: Not for use on PEARLwet™ plates or in automatic plate cleaning equipment.
