Remarkable very wideband, 2-18 GHz, low noise medium power amplifier. Tested and guaranteed. If you need a specific measurement made, please ask. Would make a good antenna amplifier for radio communications. Must be mounted on a heat sink or chassis. Requires + 15 volts at 0.68 amps. Minimum rated power output at the 1 dB compression point is +23 dBm. This is a current Miteq item, please see the complete data sheet on the Internet. Your package will be well packed to avoid shipping damage and promptly shipped, as soon as payment is received. Will be sent via USPS Priority Mail. Not available for export. Please take a look at my wide variety of RF and microwave devices. I sell items that I carefully test and know what they are used for. Currently I am limited to 20 GHz in my lab.
