In the event that an item is damaged you will be responsible for working with us to file a damage claim with the carrier. If the item is damaged we will send you another item once you have iniatated a return through ebay. We will supply return shipping labels for damaged items. You will have 5 business days to iniatate the shipment of the item. Because we are sending you a second item before receiving the first item back you will be charged for the second item by ebay if you do not return the damaged item. In agreeance with ebay return policy you will only have 5 business days to ship the item. Once we have received the item upon return, and have verified that it is in the same condition as when it was shipped, we will refund the purchase price less any restock fee.
