This os a 1999 30 ft. Dominator trailer frame and skin. I chose this trailer because it has a solid tube frame front to back, 16" center cross beams and 2 - 5 k torsion Dexter axles and a 1" solid seal floor. after looking at all the new trailers being built and how they are built I knew they would not stand up to the use this trailer will stand up to. The tires are all new, new wheel bearings new brakes and all are in working order and will give you many thousands of miles of trouble free service. ALL FLOORING IS DIAMOND PLATE Below is a list of equipment. New Honda EU 7,000 generator ( it has 69 hrs on it I have ran it and just serviced it to be sure everything works as designed and all works as designed. It will carry the load output and will run 18 hrs on idle mood on 5 gals of gas if your running it full out it will run 6.5 hrs on 5 gals. It is a New 2016 Super Quite run Generator 9 YOU CAN BARLEY HEAR IT RUN) I paid 5, 0000 for it alone. All new plumbing with tank drain and isolation valves to isolate pump when n city water. ( all plumbing to to NSF Health Codes. All wiring is commercial and in conduit and all circuits are separated from each other so your not throwing breakers with 200 amp service with 14 circuits. 5 - Commercial Florescent lights on inside and 1 = flood light on exterior by the door. 3 Compartment Commercial sink- Used I bought it for 800.00 and had the small crack in it welded and had is commercially cleaned and sanitized. 1- Hand Wash Sink - New never used 3 cabinets with Formica counter top. ( cash register and microwave on it. ) 1- 8 ft stainless steel cabinet with stainless steel top. has very small scratches on doors but is in new condition this cabinets sells for 2,800 new. 1- Nemco Warmer - New never used. 1- Frigidaire Upright freezer 20 cu ft. New never used. 1- Whirlpool Refrigerator w/ ice maker- I Used it for 2 yrs old and works great . Serving window is 78 " with upright sliders and tempered glass and screen. with fold down lockable cover over window. Serving window also has exterior fold up / down aluminum serving counter that can be easily removed for storage. Custom built cabinet below the service window for storage and has a brushed aluminum top for easy cleaning. All walls and Ceiling is FRP fire rated commercial panels and meets all fire codes. 2 - Carbon Monoxide detectors. - New never used. IF your looking for a trailer that is ready to start cooking out of look not further. I have researched and went to several Concession trailer manufacturers and can honestly say this trailer will beat all of them hands down for craftsmanship and durability. before I built this trailer I did my homework and made sure when it was completed it would be user friendly, easy to hook up and unhook. and completely self contained. I have added a 35 ft. long 50 amp 4 wire for the power cord it also comes with a 10 ft. generator cord to plug into the generator and I also am i including a 10 ft plug that can be plugged in and direct wired into a panel so I have covered any electrical situation you might run into your covered for any conditions you may run across you can hook up to power. It comes with a new water hose and filter and pressure regulator. There is nothing to do but get your food permit and put your logos on it and start cooking, I have not painted the exterior of the trailer it is in good shape but for an addition 2,500.00 I will have it painted back red. or if you want the color changed the cost would be an additional 4,500.00 these cost are in addition to the selling price of the trailer. Everything on the trailer is under warranty and I have all of the warranty documents for you to send in so the warranty would be in your name. I have the title in hand and and there are no liens on this trailer. I built this trailer to take to the Philippines for opening a business there but since I started building it I was finally able to buy a building there in a good location that became available to me after much politics ha hah. This is the only reason I am selling it we are moving overseas so it has to go I have over 35,000 invested in the trailer not including the cost of the trailer. my insurance company has it appraised and 84,000 dollars and there are several on here that are in the upper 60's.
