Used Newport 433 linear stage with precision 1/4-100 TPI ( 100 turns per inch) lead screw. 433 translation stage with its large 3 in. x 4 in. platform features exceptional performance, usability, and value with precision ball bearing construction. Springs provide preload against the actuator tip to eliminate backlash.  This particular stage is converted into arca swiss compatible system. Top of a stage has Hejnar Photo Arca Swiss type clamp and under a stage spacial arca type rail has been mounted. Stage can be drop in into any arca type clamp and use in a field for macro photography. Compatible with:  Markins including level release clamp Really Right Stuff, including level release plate. Arca Swiss Wimberley  Kirk Photo Clam Foba (Foba uses different safety stop mechanism, so safety stops may need removing) Vanguard ABH Series Ball Heads (ABH is Vangaurds only Arca-Compatible series) Custom Brackets Jobu Designs Acratech  Be sure to check out my other auctions !!!
