Newport Aspheric Lens 5726-H-A with  Asphere Adapter 5709,  RMS Threaded for mounting as microscope objective Newport's Aspheric Lens, 5726-H-A, is made with Corning C0550 glass with 6.5 mm diameterand has focal length of 15.4 mm.  This aspheric lens has a housing length of 10.5 mm with 5.0 mm clear aperture  and a working distance of 14.0 mm. It is AR coated for the wavelength range of 1000 to 1600 nm.  This compact glass aspheric lens is a convenient, high-quality alternative to microscope objectives.  It is especially handy for low f-number applications like coupling light into and out of optical fibers or collimating diode lasers since the aspheric surface minimizes the aberrations.
