Newport Precision Adjustment Screw, 100 TPI, 50.8mm Travel, small knob. Condition is "New". Overview The AJS100-2 Adjustment Screw has precision rolled threads for exceptionally smooth adjustment and higher sensitivity than standard micrometers. The AJS100-2 offers 2 inch (50.8 mm) precision travel obtained with included small adjustment knob, ideal for use with Newport optical mounts, stages, and most micrometer-compatible components. With sub-micron sensitivity, they are a cost-effective alternative to micrometers where position readout is not required. High-precision 100 TPI, rolled stainless steel threads are mated with the collet and proprietary lubricant for stictionless movement. Thestandard 0.375 in. (9.5 mm) diameter collet is threaded with a nut for mountingto optical mounts and stages.
