Newport ULTRAlign 561D-XYZ linear translation stage, in excellent mechanical and cosmetic condition. Precision crossed-roller bearing construction, 6mm travel range along X and Z axes, 13mm along Y. Three Newport SM-13 vernier micrometers and a mounting base are included. Vernier scale enables 1um adjustments. For additional information, see Newport product page at the link below.
