In good cosmetic condition with some dust and light wear. Motion in all 3 axes feels smooth but the unit may need to be cleaned and lubricated for best results. There is a micrometer mounting bracket included on one axis only. As far as I can tell when the stage is sold new it typically does not include any mounts or micrometer knobs.
