Unused Store Return (please read the description below) (assumed to be the reason for the return) The pre-drilled hole in the base is the same size as the outside diameter of the mounting bolt (see last pic). The bolt will "thread" through the hole, which appears to have been the initial thought process of the original buyer; the only mark, flaw, etc. is at he bolt hole opening where the initial buyer began to thread the bolt through--only used the first thread, then stopped, and returned the item. The hole will need slightly widened, or the bolt will need to be threaded into the hole (a round/rat-tail file will fix the issue expeditiously). The frayed edge (from the initial threading) is underneath the base--will not be visible one set in place. If any marks are left on the top edge from filing, drilling, or threading, the mounting pole should cover them. Other than the hole needing to be widened, the set is in new condition.
