Any special requests to a specific day or time, or to a residential address will increase the cost. Any redelivery charges, charged by the carrier, are the responsibility of the buyer. Imaging/X-Rays: Most items are pre-crated and stored in our warehouse facility. However, some items may still be in the de- installation process or crating process. Please note, that many clients often request that we delay shipment until an installation date is scheduled and then have us ship to allow for delivery as close to the installation date as possible, due to space issues. The buyer should inspect items for damages prior to signing the Bill of Lading provided on delivery. Make sure you reference any damage on the Bill of Lading when delivered. Such Defects will be repaired or replaced with like or similar products.
