The ACR122U NFC Reader is ideal for secure personal identity verification, online micro-payment transactions, and a variety of other applications. It can be used for internet banking and online shopping, e-business, electronic wallet balance query, network access, customer integral preferential, identity authentication, ticketing, online betting, parking charging systems, automatic charging systems, public transportation, entrance guard systems, attendance, vending machines, non-contact public telephones, logistics, and supply chain management. Technical specifications for the ACR122U include a shell size of 98 mm x 65 mm x 12.8 mm, weight of 70g, and USB High Speed Interface. It has a rated voltage of 5V DC and a current of 200mA (working), 50mA (standby), and 100mA (normal). The ACR122U also has a working temperature of 0-50°C and is fully compliant with CE, FCC, VCCI, RoHS, and Microsoft WHQL: 2000, XP, VISTA, 2008, 2008 R2, 7. It is compatible with Windows 98, ME, 2000, 2003, XP, Vista, 2008, 7, Windows 2003 x64, XP x64, Vista x64, 2008 x64, 2008 R2 x64, 7 x64, Windows CE 5.0, Mac, and The ACR122U NFC Reader is a high-speed contactless smart card reader/writer that operates on the 13.56 MHz Contactless Technology. It supports Mifare and ISO 14443 A and B cards, as well as all four types of NFC tags. The ACR122U is fully compliant with both CCID and PC/SC, making it a plug-and-play USB device that can be easily integrated with a variety of devices and applications. With a read/write speed of up to 424 kbps and a full USB speed of up to 12 Mbps, the ACR122U is incredibly efficient. It has a proximity operating distance of up to 5 cm, depending on the type of contactless tag in use. For added security, the ACR122U can be integrated with an ISO 7816-3 SAM slot. It can also be easily integrated into larger machines, such as POS terminals, physical access systems, and vending machines.
