Ni Agarose for His-tagged protein purification.IMAC 10 ml settled Ni Agarose/ 20 ml 50% suspenison  Excellent resin for His-tagged protein purification  secreted into insect cell/mammalian conditioned media, with minimal non-specific binding, thus leading to recombinant proteins  > 90% purity in one step.  Shown as in picture 2 is the side by side  purification comparison with resin from one of the top brands.  The Experiment   400 ml of  ESF921 conditioned media expressing His-tagged receptor binding domain of SARS-CoV2 was divided into 2 X 200 ml, one was subjected to purification with Ni-Agarose resin ( 5 ml) , while the other half with EDTA-resistant Ni resin  ( 3ml)  from XXX company. The eluent was analyzed by SDS-PAGE (  from left to right,  lanes 2-5:  Ni-Agarose fractions;  lanes 7-11:  leading commercial Ni sepharose resin ) Analysis and Results   Lane 1 and 6: Protein Marker   Lane 2 and7:  fraction eluted with Tris buffer with 10 mM Imidazole   Lane 3 and 8: fraction eluted with Tris Buffer with 30 mM Imidazole   Lane 4,5  and 9, 10: fraction eluted with tris buffer with 100 mM Imidazole   Lane 11 : fraction eluted with Tris buffer with 300 mM Imidazole
