NIBCO PC-2 Pressing Chain – 2 1/2 " The NIBCO Press System pressing chain is intended for use with the PC-280 press tool or the PC-100 press tool. The 2 1/2 -inch pressing chain is installed around the fitting to be pressed. The press tool is used with the pressing chain and adapter jaw to create a leak-free connection. When properly crimped, a unique “N” witness mark is clearly visible. Pressing tools, jaws and chain sets are an integral part of ensuring a reliable, permanent connection between copper piping and NIBCO Press System fittings and valves. Use only pressing tools, jaws and chain sets that have been tested and approved for use with NIBCO Press System fittings and valves.
