The Little Giant Cable Slack Puller.  If you've ever needed one of these, you know how valuable they are!  A good friend of mine has gone company with a phone company and getting rid of some of his tools.  He asked if I would sell these for him. This unit has been used, but it is still in good condition.  All of the moving parts are still tight, and not binding.  I think the pictures tell the whole story, but if you have questions ask. Unit is sold "as is" with no returns.
