Made by Pulian This is a "sound proof" (according to the manufacturer) granulating machine / power crushing machine in good used condition. The entire inside of the machine is insulated with sound-absorbing foam, which greatly reduces the noise this machine makes. Note that the latches for the door below the hopper are broken as shown in the second photo above. All other latches on the machine are in good operating condition.
