NICE USED JEMCO TOOL CORP 200-1 ELECTRIC SHEAR CUTS UP TO 7 GAUGE STEEL PLASTIC This auction is for (1) Jemco Tool Corporation Model 200-1 Electric Sheet Metal Shear. This Shear cuts up to 7 ga mild steel / plastic or just about anything that is no harder than mild steel. This shear is used but in excellent working and cosmetic condition, the cutting dies are very nice and dont look like they have been sharpened. You can sharpen these multiple times and re-adjust them closer to cut, these dies are still all of the way out in the adjustment so they have all of their life left. Heavy Duty 7 ga. shears will run in the thousands of dollars new so here is a chance to buy one cheap. You will need to adjust the dies based on what thickness material you will be cutting. I cannot find any instructions on this particular model but it is the same as many other brands you will find. Use the link below to instructions for a cheap Harbor Frieght shear, its for a 18 ga. shear but the process is the same for setting up the dies and oiling the machine before use.
