Used Marco ARK-10000 Autorefractor / Topographer Year End Sale! Original Purchase was $39,000. This is instrument has been tested to run its functions. However, like all used instruments, it is always recommended to calibrate the machine prior to patient care. Instructions Manual is installed in the software as pictured. Background check from Marco Company shows this instrument was manufactured in May 2007 . The installed software is OPD SCAN II. The software version (installed recently), is the newest version available for the OPD Scan II. In addition, the instrument comes with 2 hard drives (1 at the standard 37.2GB. Second hard drive has been upgraded from 37.2GB to the larger 55.8GB to hold more patient data). The operating system is the dependable Windows XP (not Windows 98). Therefore, you are looking at a more up-to-date machine compared to some other ARK-10000 on sale in the market. Also, item pictured is what you will be getting, no generic photo from manufacturer's website. Currently, we only have one item that is cared for unlike other wholesale warehouses with dozens. Item only includes instrument. No keyboard or mouse included. Some minor cosmetic defects. Note: Item is missing the metal plate door on the bottom side of instrument that houses the 55.8GB hard drive. It shouldn’t be an issue since this instrument is not meant to be portable. Shipping: We are in Los Angeles California. We calculated UPS Ground plus handling. It will be bubble wrapped, styrofoam wall and double boxed to ensure safety. The NIDEK OPD-Scan II provides information on corneal topography, wavefront, autorefraction, keratometry and pupillometry in one unit, utilizing state-of-the-art imaging and analysis technology developed specifically to measure normal to highly aberrated eyes. The system offers a variety of data maps to provide information on the total refractive error, wavefront, corneal shape, internal aberrations and visual quality of the eye, allowing highly accurate and reliable information for optic diagnostics.
