This is a new Nidek SC-1600 LCD Optical Chart that was damaged in shipment to the optical customer and is now being sold for parts or repairs. Screen powers on and screen does illuminate, but as you can see the upper right corner shows just lines for the area where the LCD was damaged - no further testing/diagnostic has been done. Buyer will receive the main body/optical chart monitor, the mounting plate, the power cord in the original box, and the SD card shown.
