Ltd Type M Made in Japan, 2014 Description: I am selling a Genuine, Brand new, never used, still in the box, Authentic System Chart Remote Control, by NIDEK Co. Ltd. See photos. Condition: New in original box. Box came opened (not sealed, this is the way manufacturer sends out). Protective plastic still on the screen. Remote still in its original bag, never out of the bag. Remote Control comes with the hand strap attached. Remote Control is powered by 2x LR6 Battery – not included. Instruction sheet with “Setting the remote Control” included in the box. This remote is Optional accessory for the System Chart, and makes it easier to use. Nidek system chart is the measurement instrument to check visual acuity by showing visual charts when people visits Ophthalmologists or Optical shops. There are at least 3 generations of this system, so I am not sure which generation is this remote control compatible with. I believe it is the latest one, but not sure.
