Packaged in a Cardboard heart shaped box.  CD 1:  Tracks 1 - 4 recorded in the studio for Mark Goodier session BBC 11-91  Track 5 recorded 11-91 for Velvet Underground Tribute Album  Tracks 6 - 8 recorded 4-92 by Barett Jones at Laundry Room Studio, Seattle  Track 9 Kurt's guitar part recorded 11-92  Tracks 11 - 16 were recorded from Nevermind it's an interview 1-92  Tracks 11, 13 & 15 were recorded live by Craig Montgomery at the Paramount Theatre 10-31-91, Seattle  CD 2:  Track 1 - Nevermind it's an interview cont'd  Tracks 2 & 3 recorded at the BBC London 11-91  Track 4 is an Nevermind outtake recorded 4-91  Tracks 5 - 16 are recorded & mixed by Steeve Albini, and are the original tapes sent to Geffen Records before their final mix on In Utero  Tracks 17 - 19 are outtakes of the same sessions  CD 3:  Track 1 is an In Utero outtake from Heart Shaped Box European CD single  Track 2 is an In Utero outtake from Beavis & Butthead Experience CD  Track 3 is an MTV Unplugged promo CD single, recorded at Sony Studio 11-16-93  Tracks 4 - 15 recorded live NYC late 1993 for MTV Unplugged directly to disc at Sony Studios 11-16-93  Tracks 12 & 13 feature Curt & Kirk Kirkwood of the Meat Puppets  Tracks 16 - 20 recorded digitally at NYC's Roseland Ballroom on 7-23-93 the eve of Kurt's first reported suicide attempt.
