This machine is provided from (N2G) Nitrogen Generation Systems in Marietta, Georgia.  We have thousands of installatons across North America with over 25 years experience.  All our systems are built, tested, and warrantied for 1 year.   MACHINE SHIPS FREE to the continental USA (you will need a loading dock or a forklift to receive 800 lb machine.) The N2G-99.99 Nitrogen Generator generates continuous Nitrogen from your compressed air supply.   FLOW RATE AT 110 PSI INLET AIR  (air consumtion 8 cfm + Outlet N2 Flow @ 110 psig) (10% more flow at 120 psi inlet air supply)  NOTE:  WE WILL SET THE FLOW AND PURITY SETTING PER THE BUYER'S APPLICATION SPECIFICATIONS.   N2 PURITY PER FLOW (recomend a 30 gallon buffer tank when installing) 99.95+% Purity = 100 scfh or 2831 lph 99.9% Purity =  140 scfh or 3964 lph 99.5% = 180 scfh or 5097 lph 99% = 210 scfh or 5964 lph 98% = 230 scfh or 6512 lph 97% = 260 scfh or 7362 lph 96% = 300 scfh or 8495 lph 95% = 360 scfh or 10,194 lph (10% more flow at 120 psi inlet air) Pressure Swing Absorption design for high purity flow COMPRESSED AIR CONSUMPTION = 8 SCFM + outlet N2 flow Maximum Flow of 400 scfh at 125 psig inlet (95% purity @ 400 scfh).  High flow coalescing inlet filter/regulator 1/4"NPT inlet and outlet 110V power 78"T x 26"W x 26"D  (on casters) 800 lbs free shipping via freight company (non-liftgate) 1 year warranty
