Noise/Com NC501/12 200 kHz - 500MHz 31dB ENR +15V Noise Source The NC501/15 is a through-hole noise modules for built-in test. It contains a complete bias circuit and requires no external components. The module produces extremely flat output power (+/- 1.5 dB) versus frequency characteristic that is insensitive to temperature and voltage variations. The NC501 module is housed in a TO-8 metal can, and requires 15V @ 10 mA to produce 31dB ENR. This module is mounted in a high-quality connectorized Pomona box.
