These is an unused Nook ActionJac Upright Worm Gear Ball Screw Jack, 5 ton lifting capacity, Model 5-BSJ-U with a 24:1 gear ratio. The jack includes a very heavy duty mounting plate of 3/4" steel that measures 10" x 10" x 12.5". The plate on the bottom of the screw jack is 1/2" thick and 4.5" diameter. The jack has a keyed driving shaft on one side and a notched motor engagement plate on the other as seen in the photos. The jack has been stored for some time and has some storage scuffing of the paint and light surface rust on the input shaft, but otherwise is in excellent condition. Each individual jack and mounting plate weighs approx 130lb, so I will ship individual jacks FedEx Ground. If you are interested in multiple units I can box and strap to a pallet for truck freight. Note the last three photos - if you do not need the heavy mounting plates, the jack can be shipped as shown at significantly lower weight and cost.
