This is a used but working torque wrench tester made by Norbar. It is a model 21020 Static Torque Meter. Large, easy to read gauge (8 inch face). Has a 3/8" square drive input adapter. Measures up to 50 ft/lbs. Original list price was $4082.00. It was calibrated and not used since then. We have Makita Cordless items currently up for auction. All brand new.
