Our returns policy states that we offer a 7-day return on any item sold, provided the item is returned unused and in its original packaging. Any damaged or faulty goods must be reported to us within 48 hours of receipt. Unfortunately, we cannot refund any postage costs on returned items unless proven faulty. If an item is returned after 7 days and is not in a sellable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund or charge a 25% restocking charge of the original purchase amount. Please note that the customer is liable for any goods returned to us that arrive damaged due to poor packing on the customer's part. Software, once registered, is non-refundable. If an item is still under warranty and requires fixing, it is covered under our "return to base" warranty, which means the customer sends the instrument to us at their expense.
