Nordson manual powder coating system. We are selling off some of our excess powder coating equipment. This is a turn key package. Start your own powder coating business and earn large profits. Manual powder coating gun systems from Nordson are designed with durability and provide easy operation with superior performance. Nordson manual powder coating guns deliver exceptionally smooth finishes and excellent penetration into part recesses. Nordson powder coating equipment is high quality and is industrial rated equipment for the serious powder coater. This system is a real workhorse and in excellent condition with many new parts. System includes: 1. Nordson 100 Plus manual control unit is fully adjustable from 0-100KV. Two separate regulators control powder flow and atomizing air. This system is configured for standard 110 volt outlet. System can be configured for 220 volts if required (instructions in manual). 2. Nordson manual powder gun includes the Versa Spray gun, cable, and spray nozzle. 3. Powder pump included with the air lines (12 feet of new flow air hose, 12 feet of new fluidizing air hose). All connections have quick disconnect fittings. 4. Includes new powder hose from the pump to the manual gun. 5. This system includes a new powder hopper which will hold up to 2 pounds of powder. Hopper has a replacable fluidizing membrane. Includes the pick up tube and powder pump. Minimal air required (1-3 psi) for powder fluidizing. Supply connection is 1/4 NPT which allows for connection to your filtered and regulated shop air supply to the control. This system has been tested with actual production parts at our facility.
